This Privacy Policy describes how Shophubs and its affiliates collect and process your information through Shophubs website and applications. By using Shophubs Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy policy.

What Information Does ShopHubs Collect?

Shophubs must receive or collect some information to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services, including when you install the app, access, or use our Services.

The types of information we receive and collect depend on how you use our App and services. We require certain information to deliver our main objectives of having better shopping experience with your friends and without this we will not be able to provide our Services to you. For example, you must provide your mobile phone or email address to create an account to use our Services.

Here are the types of personal information we collect:

1. Personal Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you provide in relation to Shophubs Services.

· When you sign up for or use Shophubs you voluntarily share certain information including your name, email address, phone number, Date of birth, Gender, Interests, Posts, comments, and any other information you give us. You can also choose to share your precise location using your device settings. We will still use your IP address, which is used to approximate your location, even if you don't choose to share your precise location.

· If you connect your Facebook, Google, Apple or other third-party accounts to Shophubs, we use information from those accounts (such as your friends or contacts) to improve your Shophubs experience. This is dependent on the privacy policies or settings for those accounts.

· We may ask if you want to Sync your contacts. If you give us permission, we'll store the name, number, and email addresses of your contacts from the address book on your device. We will not use these contacts for any other purpose than to help you communicate/chat with your friends list.

· In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

2. Technical Information: When you use a website, mobile application or other internet service, certain internet and electronic network activity information gets created and logged automatically. This is also true when you use SHOPHUBS. Here are some of the types of information we collect:

· Log data. When you use Shophubs, our servers record information (“log data”), including information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website, or that your mobile app automatically sends when you’re using it. This log data includes your Internet Protocol address (which we use to infer your approximate location), the address of and activity on websites you visit that incorporate Shophubs features (like the “Save” button—more details below), searches, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used Shophubs, cookie data and device data.

o Usage data and preferences: Sign-up data. Authentication detail, Login history. Settings: (email preferences and web notification preferences, privacy and personalization settings). Session log. Device specific information (device type and identifiers; events, such as crashes). Account profile information. Social contacts you authorize us to receive. Shophubs content engagement. Search queries. Actions on Product items and posts (clicks, likes, saves rate, share, chat, repost, comments). Ads engagement: Ads served to a page and likelihood you have seen them, Actions on ads (clicks on ads, saves on pages featuring ads).

· Cookies associated with your account: Verifying your login credentials, applying your preferences and settings (notification, privacy, language, etc.), Remembering you across sessions and devices and keeping a record of notifications sent, Pages viewed and actions taken on sites or with browsers incorporating Shophubs features, Measuring popularity of Shophubs features. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. o Non personal information-Analytics cookies Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks, which are used for internal analytics and include cookies from providers like Google Analytics . To help advertisers understand who sees and interacts with their ads, and who visits their website or purchases their products.

o Personalization cookies for customizing content, including products, posts, ads. We may use cookies to help us remember your preferences, or which products, boards, people or websites you’ve interacted with so we can show you related content you might like. In general, we use this kind of information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site.

o Marketing cookies which are used for advertising Shophubs products and posts.

o Affiliate marketing cookies which enable the tracking of your interactions and purchases of products we publish on Shophubs website and mobile application. As Shophubs depends on affiliate marketing commission as the main source of revenue, it is essential to enable vendors to track the source of your purchase to be from Shophubs, otherwise, Shophubs won’t be paid for its services.

How to Manage your cookies?

There are a few ways you can choose how cookies are used on Shophubs:

Ø If you’re located in the EU or UK you can adjust your cookie preferences at any time by visiting your Privacy Settings and editing your Cookies Preferences. If you’ve consented to a category of non-essential cookies and later change your mind, you can immediately revoke consent by turning off that cookie category in your settings.

When you’re on Shophubs, we use your activity—such as which products you click on, wishlist, boards you create, and any text that you add in a comment or description—along with information you provided when you first signed up and information from our partners and advertisers to make inferences about you and your preferences.

3. SHARED INFORMATION by vendors, partners, and 3rd parties

We also get information about you and your activity outside Shophubs from our affiliates, advertisers, partners and other third parties we work with. For example:

· Install the Shophubs “Shopnchat” Extension to Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge to save you’re the products you like from anywhere on the web. You can also add the “Shopnchat” Extension on your mobile device.

· Online advertisers or third parties share information with us to measure, report on or improve the performance of ads on Shophubs, or to figure out what kinds of ads to show you on or off of Shophubs. This includes information about your visits to an advertiser's site or purchases you made from them, or information about your interests from a third-party service, which we might use to help show you ads

· You can control how we use this information to personalize your experience and the ads you see on Shophubs in your Privacy and Data Settings.

· Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for Shophubs, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

· This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion. In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION?

To have the full experience that SHOPHUBS team is looking for, we are committed to showing you content that’s relevant, interesting and personal to you. To do that, we use your information to provide and improve your experience, including:

· Identify you when you use Shophubs.

· Recommend products, posts, hubs, topics or categories you might like based on your activity on Shophubs. For example, if we see you’re into Fashion, we may suggest Women dresses -related products, posts, hubs or people that we think you might like, or show you women's dresses-related ads.

· Respond to your questions or comments and any issues you might face when using our app.

We have a legitimate interest for using your info in these ways. It's fundamental to what we do at Shophubs and necessary in order to make Shophubs and its features relevant and personalized to you.

We also have a legitimate interest in making Shophubs safe and improving our product features so you keep finding the inspiration you want. We all benefit when we use your information to:

· Suggest other people who have similar interests. For example, if you follow Fashion brands, we may suggest fashion designers that you might like.

· Help your friends and contacts find you on Shophubs to interact with you. For example, if you sign up using a Facebook account, we can help your Facebook friends find you on Shophubs when they first sign up for Shophubs. Or people can search for your account on Shophubs using your email, handle name, or number from the phone book.

· We will help you sync your contacts on your phonebook list or email addresses directly to Shophubs, and without the need to go through the full sign-up processes from the recipient side, the user can enjoy the Shophubs within minimum data and then can fill the user profile to enjoy the same experience that you have.

· Work with law enforcement and keep Shohubs safe. We may get requests for account information from law enforcement authorities like the police or courts.

· Conduct analytics and research on who is using Shophubs and what they are doing. For example, by logging how often people use two different versions of a feature on Shophubs, this is called A/B testing to enhance our platform and understand which version is better.

· Improve Shophubs and offer new features and technologies.

· Advertise Shophubs products and services to you on other sites. You can choose for us not to share your information with other sites to personalize those ads.

o Shophubs have a legitimate interest in delivering ads that are relevant, interesting and personal to you in order to generate revenue and personalized your user experience to meet your expectations

o Decide which ads to show you. For example, if you show an interest in Kids Fashion on Shophubs, we may show you ads for other newborn products. We customize the ad content we show you by identifying your interests based on your onsite and offsite activities, as well as by using information we receive from ad partners or other third parties. Where we use cookies to identify your offsite interests, we’ll get your consent where we need to. Where ad partners or other third parties share information with us about you, we rely on the consent they already obtained.

o Tell our ad partners how their Shophubs ads are doing, and how to make them better. Some of this information is aggregated. For example, we would report to an advertiser that a certain percentage of people who viewed a Promoted product went on to visit that advertiser's site. Depending upon where you live and your settings, we may also disclose this information at an individual level; this information isn’t aggregated. For example, we would let an advertiser know that a particular Promoted product has been saved by certain people.

· Send you updates and notifications about products, offers, posts, hubs and more.

· Offsite behavior: we will be using the information we collect to customize your Shophubs experience based on your offsite behavior. For example, if you visit products that sell laptops, we may suggest different laptop brands and specs to you. When we identify your interests based on your offsite behavior with cookies, we (or our partners) will obtain any consent that we may need.

When to use your consent to collect information, where you can click Allow/ Don’t Allow?

· Access to your phone gallery, camera, microphone to search for photos, texts, voice search in order to retrieve exact to similar search results for you.

· Access to your contacts. Shophubs app access your contacts data to allow you to send invitations and add friends, however ShopHubs do not sync your contacts to our servers.

· Marketing team will send emails and newsletters for you to keep you up to date with our latest products and news, but you always can click on the unsubscribe button to not receive them anymore.

· Identify your precise location and customize the recommendations and ads we show you. For example, if we know that you’re near a retailer, we may show you that retailer’s products that may be of interest to you. You can opt in to this in your device operating system settings.

· Depending on where you live and your settings, tell our ad partners how their ads are doing using the Shophubs Tag. The Shophubs Tag (a piece of code an advertiser puts on their site) delivers insights to us and our ad partners about actions that a person takes on their website after viewing an ad on Shophubs.

Controlling your Data & Social activities

· You can always edit your personal information in your profile at any time. By clicking on Edit Profile

· Edit your sign in account with other social media platforms such as: Facebook, Google, X, Apple. Visit Edit profile

· Edit your chat groups, Hubs settings at any time from the same service page.

· Profile status and privacy status: suggest your account to others depends on the information you allow Shophubs to share. We may suggest your account to: contacts, friends, people within same interests, people who share links, save same items and boards, and interact with your posts and hubs. · Deactivate / Close your account:. If you wish to close your account permanently, then you can choose the option of (Delete my account) that will be closed automatically and no longer be exist for others to view or interact with. Please note that there may be legal reasons for us to keep your data, such as if we receive a law enforcement request asking us to preserve data. We may also retain certain information in our backup systems for a limited period of time, or as required by law.

Shop’n’Chat Service

We offer end-to-end encryption for our Services. End-to-end encryption means that your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third parties from reading them.

· Your Messages. messages are stored on your device and on our servers, and/or third party service providers we use. This enables Shophubs to deliver a continuous chat experience rather than instant messaging.

· You can manage your contacts, groups, and hubs lists, or use our “block, report” feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

· Children under 13 are not allowed to use Shophubs. If you are based in the EEA you may only use Shophubs if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country.

· Shophubs is an affiliate market that gives you the ability to (view the advertiser products, like, save in wishlist, create wishlist boards, chat about certain products, rate, and create hubs and posts). when you decide to place your order in the advertiser website/app, then; you [As an adult] will need to visit the product website to complete your purchase by using your credit card or any other available payment method to procced further.
